This is DPD officer O'Donnell. He pulled me over because my right-turn at a red light was a yield, and not a complete stop. As he's explaining this all to me, I wanted to take a photo of him; he had a unique look and personality. So I asked. He thought I was joking. I had the camera in the next seat. "Okay, hurry up," he said. So I did. He gave me warning and left. A good day it was.
