Took this in Arches National Park in Moab, Utah. What I remember most about this specific location is that there were signs everywhere saying, "Don't step in this space - Cryptobiotic crust present". Although I don't quite understand it, I
believe there is life in the crust, and stepping on it eliminates it. But worry not, I wasn't on said crust - but it made composing any sort of shot here quite difficult.
