There's somewhat of a funny story about this photo... All these rocks you see are very sharp and probably shouldn't be stepped on as waves are crashing at your feet. Yet still, on I went - a man was lighting some torches and it was a great scene I wanted to capture. So I walked into the ocean and onto the rocks... in flip-flops. I had my camera, expensive lens, and a cheap tripod. What could go wrong? Surprisingly, nothing did at first. I took a few shots, the waves had cooled down, and I was happy. As I was about to head back, a frog (at least, that's what I remember seeing) jumped on my foot, and for whatever reason, I started to run, and wouldn't you know it, I fell. Here's the kicker - nothing happened. I somehow - through the grace of God - avoided every single jagged rock around me, and was able to lift the camera above the water by pushing up on the tripod legs. Everything was okay (sort of). I had a small cut on my hand, and the camera was saved. It's definitely a moment I'll never forget - which is partly why the photo is special to me...
